EstudyaNTREPRENEUR: Shaping Student’s Talents and Skills

    

    EstudyaNTREPRENEUR 2022, with the theme "Likas na Talento at Kasanayan: Tugon sa Katatagan at Pagharap sa Hamon ng Bagong Normal," finally began on Friday, December 2, 2022. There are numerous booths here with a variety of subjects, including ICT, cooking, agriculture, and beauty care.  The TLE Food Fair is one of the booths you can visit; you can observe how longanisa, empanada, canape', pickles, special puto, and bagnet are made there. Additionally, you may observe a stand that is offering and selling bracelets, dishwashing liquid, and other accessories. Also, there are beauty care and wellness massages that provide eye shadow shaping, back massages, shoulder massages, hair braiding, and nail cleaning with arm massages. Additionally, there are booths with common electrical wiring materials, major house parts, basic roof parts, computer parts (they also provide gadget repairs), and, finally, an agriculture booth selling a variety of plants and seedlings.

    Of all the booths, I really enjoyed the Food Fair. It is nice to see the students and teachers preparing food. Also, I bought their special puto and all I can say is that it was very tasty and delicious. Their special puto is a must-try. The Festival of Talents celebration accepts and celebrates individual talents. Some students have skill in the field of ICT, culinary, agriculture, and some are in beauty care. I can really say that we are unique. I learned that being unique is beautiful. All of us weren't made to fit in the same box. Each person is unique in their skills and talents. I will apply this learning in my everyday life by simply appreciating others’ skills and my own skill.

    According to a dictionary, an entrepreneur is a person who launches a business and is eager to take a financial risk. But "entrepreneur" is a passion for me; it's about finding chances and coming up with unique, creative ideas. The student’s talents and skills are a response to the difficulties of this new normal. I believe that the Festival of Talents event is important, particularly for students. Students have the opportunity to showcase the talents, skills, and gifts that our Almighty God has bestowed upon them.  This event is very significant since it not only develops the students' abilities and skills but also because it might motivate them with unique ideas for the future.
