Modular Learning: A Problem and A Solution

Modular Learning: a Problem and a Solution

We were all greatly affected when the pandemic started. The fast spread of this disease has sickened and killed thousands of individuals. It resulted in a significant amount of disruption, including school closures. It has prohibited students and teachers from engaging in face-to-face learning within the classroom. Due to this pandemic, modular learning has been implemented as an urgent response or solution to ensure the continuity of education.

Due to the pandemic, they suspended classes, I first enjoyed having a very long vacation, but as time went on, I began to realize how bad it was going, and I feel lonely. The Department of Education implemented a new way of learning, the modular learning Modular learning, in my opinion, is not as good as face-to-face learning Sometimes I find it very hard to self-study and answer my modules. Modular learning makes me anxious, stressed, and depressed. The burden of meeting your module submission deadlines missed all my peers, but I am unable to see them in person Communicating personally with your friends is impossible. My fellow students and I encounter many problems during modular learning, including a poor internet connection, the need for financial assistance to buy equipment and supplies for school, and moral and emotional support. My coping mechanisms are listening to music, playing online games, reading books, and communicating with friends on social media.

During the pandemic, modular learning became a problem for all students. We all felt stressed and pressured. But we did learn a lot. Modular learning is a solution to our education system during the pandemic so that we can continue to learn despite the threat COVID-19 has brought. Learning is the main goal of modular learning. We learned to be independent. All of us suffered from the pandemic, but it doesn't mean that our dreams end there. Yes, we felt stressed, anxious, and depressed, but at the end of the day, we still learned a lot.
